What I love most about working at Kaban is that they care about the development of their students, the parents and their teachers. Kaban Montessori School has a unique ability to make you feel at home. I had discovered the Early Childhood Education program in the early 2000s, during that time I made the decision to begin my studies in this field. My passion for learning and development grew when I discovered the Montessori program. Maria Montessori’s philosophy is about observing child behaviour and having the child choose what they would like to learn. Having worked at Kaban for over 9 years now, I have noticed how successful this philosophy is when applied to the classroom. I continue to have great passion for working with children and developing my skills as an educator.
